Lookers Tonbridge Mercedes-Benz is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly team on site. You will work alongside our passionate Sales team to provide first-class customer service.

As part of our sales team, comprising Sales Executives, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Join one of the top automotive retailers in the UK and report to Michael Saunders (General Sales Manager), who will help develop your knowledge and skills, enabling a strong career within the industry.

Our Sales Executives serve as key points of contact, paying close attention to detail to understand customers' wants and needs.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Arranging and accompanying test drives
• Negotiating final prices
• Completing relevant paperwork for each sale

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You will be expected to meet targets, so ambition and hard work are essential.

Previous experience in a similar role and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential, as we welcome new talent. A full UK driving license is required, as you may need to drive some of the most prestigious vans on the market.
