A family-run automotive company in Swansea is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their Motorpark team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service in a busy environment while understanding the sales process. We have an excellent opportunity available for a Sales Executive to join our Motorpark team at Plasmarl.
We are a busy, high performing site and as such we are looking for a motivated, driven individual to join the team.
You will understand Sales Process, be able to deal with customers in a confident and professional manner whether the enquiry is via email, telephone, virtual appointment or in the showroom.
You will be expected to work 41hrs per week (on a rota basis that includes weekends) and in return will receive a basic salary, commission package and use of a company car.
Ideally, you will have experience of working within a customer facing environment with at least a basic knowledge of the automotive industry, be computer literate and able to work on one's own initiative as well as being able to work well within a team.
To be successful in this role you will be extremely organised, have high attention to detail and be a great team player.
A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
