Automotive Sales Executive – Main Car Dealership – Surrey (RH postcode area). £25,000 basic + realistic OTE of £55,000, company car, full‑time permanent, Monday–Saturday 5‑day working week (8:30am–6pm Mon–Fri, 9am–5am Sat).

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Executive to join a busy and successful main dealership in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to represent a leading automotive brand, delivering a first‑class customer experience while achieving fantastic sales results and enjoying a rewarding commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve agreed new and used car sales targets on a daily and monthly basis
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to handover and beyond
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all vehicle models, accessories, and finance options
  • Confidently discuss and promote add‑on products and services
  • Attend regular training to keep up to date with brand and product knowledge
About You
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the motor trade or car dealership environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales focus with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Confident working both face‑to‑face and over the phone
  • Full, clean UK Driving Licence essential
