Sales Executive - Event Bookings (B2B)

Location: Peterborough (Office-Based)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic | £75,000 - £100,000 OTE

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (plus 1 Saturday per month on a rota)

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join our Event Bookings Department.

You will be speaking directly with trade business owners (plumbing, heating, electrical, building, construction etc.) who have enquired through our paid marketing channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram). These are hot, qualified B2B leads, and your job is to book them onto our £97 Discovery Day training events.

This is a fast‑paced, high‑energy sales role where you will be targeted on booking five tickets per day. If you're competitive, resilient, and thrive in a KPI‑driven environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to qualified trades business owners who have enquired through our paid marketing campaigns.
  • Present the value of Trade Mastermind Discovery Days confidently at business‑owner level.
  • Handle objections professionally and close with urgency.
  • Achieve a target of five ticket sales per day (£97 per ticket).
  • Follow up leads systematically to maximise conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, outcomes, and bookings.
  • Contribute to a high‑performance sales culture in the office.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to continuously improve scripts, objection handling, and performance.

  • Proven experience in B2B telesales or inside sales (event sales, recruitment, training, or services preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills at business‑owner level.
  • Confident closer with a track record of hitting daily and monthly sales targets.
  • High‑energy, competitive, and resilient personality.
  • Able to thrive in a KPI‑driven, fast‑paced sales environment.
  • Coachable, ambitious, and eager to progress into senior roles.
