Sytner Select Northampton, part of Sytner Group, is recruiting a Car Sales Executive to deliver first-class customer experiences as customers explore their new car. You will be the key point of contact on the journey to purchase, guiding customers with professionalism and care.

The role includes weekend work in a flexible pattern, an on-target earnings of £44,380, and generous benefits such as subsidised car schemes, discounted MOT and servicing, and staff discounts across a range of products.

Qualifications

About The Role

Sytner Select Northampton have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £44,380, you will also receive a benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.
