Job Overview

Title: Sales Executive

Salary: £50,000 OTE (uncapped)

Type: Full Time – 5 days a week (Mon–Sat, Sun off)

Location: Pulman Volkswagen, Durham

Responsibilities
  • Providing a fantastic customer experience and going above and beyond customer expectations.
  • Maintaining excellent CRM skills to help customers make the right choice.
  • Embracing the latest showroom digital technology, including personalised videos.
  • Helping Pulman achieve industry‑leading standards of customer care and process efficiency.
  • Ensuring sales processes are followed at all times.
  • Being FCA compliant and following the route to becoming a Band qualified Sales Executive.
