We’re entering an exciting new growth phase and are looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Executives to join our expanding team at our Maresfield head office.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in developing new opportunities, managing customer relationships and handling day-to-day sales activity. Working alongside our technical and service teams, you’ll maintain strong communication with customers by phone and email, prepare quotations and visit key accounts across the UK as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify new business leads and coordinate with the engineering team for trials or site visits
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Manage inbound enquiries and prepare accurate quotations
  • Follow up all quotes proactively to maximise conversion into sales
  • Identify and re-engage dormant or lapsed customers and develop new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Visit key accounts across the UK when required (travel and overnight stay provided if necessary)
  • Support marketing campaigns and identify upsell opportunities across Jemtech’s portfolio
About You
  • Experience in internal sales, account management or customer service
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident, organised and commercially minded
  • Comfortable discussing technical products (full training provided)
  • Strong IT and CRM skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK
  • Must have full right to work and live permanently in the United Kingdom
