Basic: up to £33,000
OTE: c. £55,000
Working pattern: 1 weekend off in 6

This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a leading developer, guiding customers through one of the most important purchases of their lives while working in a supportive, high-performing sales environment.
Take full ownership of your development, ensuring a first-class customer journey from enquiry through to completion.
Manage all aspects of presentation, lead follow-up, and sales conversion.
Build strong relationships with customers, mortgage brokers, and solicitors.
Conduct home demonstrations, handovers, and aftercare visits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
Sales experience within new homes, estate agency, or property preferred - but not essential.
A proactive, motivated individual with a passion for customer service.
Organised, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
