We are now hiring a Sales Executive in the UK&I to join our Workshop Equipment business, a division of WAECO Germany WSE. WAECO is an established premium brand in the automotive segment with a strong brand DNA and is regarded as a technical and qualitative trendsetter as well as a benchmark for the global A/C service and maintenance industry. WAECO has been a recognized market leader in this field for over 50 years and works closely with workshop customers and the automotive industry.

About the position: The sales representative will further develop WAECO WSE's profitable growth and drive sales with recurring business, to existing and new customers. We expect you to work independently and proactively, and identify and work on new revenue areas for profitable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with our existing and potential new customers who may be wholesalers, distributors or other automotive customers
  • Development of sales activities and revenue in accordance with the overall strategy/pricing
  • Maintaining in-depth product knowledge through targeted sales training
  • Preparation and processing of price negotiations and offers
  • Generate reports on revenue, quotes, backlogs, customer statistics, market analysis, sales data analysis and forecast planning
  • Close coordination with other internal functions such as product management, purchasing, office sales, etc.
  • Preparation and implementation of company and product presentations for customers
  • Participation in relevant trade fairs (UK and Europe)
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years professional experience in B2B sales of technical products in the automotive sector (preferably workshop equipment)
  • Completed technical (preferably automotive technical) or business administration training
  • Product and market knowledge in the workshop equipment business (preferably A/C service) is desirable
  • Competent, confident appearance and very good communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Good technical understanding
  • Focused on profitable revenue growth
  • Negotiation and presentation skills (online and in person)

  • Familiar with standard software (MS Office / Outlook)
