A community-driven legal services provider is seeking remote sales consultants to join their probate team. The role offers a base salary of £29,000, with potential earnings up to £45,000 through an uncapped bonus structure and additional benefits such as a pension and wellbeing support. You will engage with clients over the phone and video to assist them during a challenging time, and you're not required to have a legal background.
We’re looking for remote sales consultants to join our Co‑op Legal Services probate team. You’ll meet with clients over the telephone and video to discuss the deceased estate and help them to make an informed choice about their legal planning. Our presence in the market means that many clients enquire with us, so you won’t need to do any prospecting, and you’ll make a real difference to the lives of our clients at a time when they need us most. We’ll provide all the training you need – you don’t need a legal background.

£29,000 base salary, average earnings £45,000 with uncapped bonus plus excellent benefits including monthly incentive scheme and pension with up to 10% Co‑op contribution (£2,900). Work level 6B.
Full time – 37.5 hours per week. Part time late shifts flexible. Monday‑Friday with two in four Saturdays per month working for 4 hours. Fully remote, working from home across England & Wales.
