A leading housing association in Greater London seeks a Sales Executive to manage sales leads and provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process. The candidate should be experienced in target-driven sales environments and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. This role is crucial for driving sales of Shared Ownership and Private Sales properties. Benefits include a generous annual leave allowance, pension scheme, and employee assistance programs.
As a Sales Executive, you will manage leads and prospective purchasers to convert them into successful sales across the Notting Hill Genesis sales programme. You'll ensure customers have an outstanding experience throughout the buying process while maximising revenue and achieving sales targets. This role is key to delivering exceptional service and driving sales for new build Shared Ownership and Private Sales properties.

Working arrangements – Site based 5 days a week. Working days are Tuesday to Saturday. PRP commission based element to the role, uncapped.
