The Sales Executive will operate as a proactive outbound and inbound sales specialist, converting prospective leads, hosting engaging product demonstrations and cross-sells across the evolving product suite.
You will be responsible for:

- Lead proactive outbound initiatives across untapped school networks to introduce non-member schools to the value of our platform.
- Convert inbound enquiries, marketing leads and trial users into happy, active membership accounts.
- Understand the unique challenges facing school leaders and showcase how our leadership, governance and compliance solutions make a real difference.
Consultative Sales Execution & ASP Maximisation
- Guide school decision-makers toward higher-tier packages that match their operational goals and support their leadership teams.
- Navigate commercial and product queries with confidence, building trust to secure long-term, lasting partnerships.
- Maximise average sales price (ASP) by clearly communicating the value of our integrated, multi-product offerings.

- Deliver engaging, interactive online demos and webinars tailored for Headteachers, MAT Executives, Trust Leaders and School Business Managers.
- Showcase new platform features and service launches to build excitement and awareness across prospective accounts.
- Bring automated compliance and guidance tools to life, demonstrating how we help schools save time and reduce administrative burden.
Portfolio Cross-Selling & Value Addition
- Spot cross-selling opportunities across our wider ecosystem of products (including The Key, GovernorHub, and Robin).
- Uncover multi-product opportunities during discovery conversations to boost overall deal value and deepen customer impact.
- Match specialised compliance and governance tools to the day-to-day operational needs of schools and academies.
Win-Back Strategy & Process Design
- Own and refine a structured, repeatable win-back strategy to re-engage former member schools and welcome them back.
- Analyse historical cancellation feedback to craft targeted, thoughtful outreach and time your messaging perfectly.
- Highlight recent platform upgrades and service improvements to re-ignite interest among lapsed accounts.
Marketing Collaboration & Frontline Feedback
- Work closely with marketing colleagues on campaign follow-ups, co-hosted webinars and seamless lead handoffs.
- Share frontline school feedback and buyer insights to help marketing create customer-facing content that truly resonates.
- Participate actively in joint win-back and product launch campaigns to drive optimal conversion rates.
Pipeline Rigour & CRM Management
- Keep an organised, accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce to track deal progression with full clarity.
- Forecast sales activity reliably against key performance indicators (KPIs) covering demos, conversions and revenue goals.
- Maintain high standards of data hygiene across customer records and daily CRM touchpoints.
The ideal person
Must have:
- Sales & Customer-Facing Track Record: 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, telesales or a customer-facing phone role.
