Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in FE and apprenticeships.

  • Experience with CRM systems and online platforms.

This role offers the opportunity to join a respected and values-driven training provider, supporting employer growth through apprenticeships, funded skills programmes, and commercial training. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and converting business across a specialist portfolio, including Engineering Apprenticeships, Lean Six Sigma, Leadership & Management, and wider workforce development solutions. You will drive quality employer engagement activity, build lasting partnerships, write compelling proposals, and secure new and repeat business to support growth across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new employer partnerships and deepen existing accounts across multiple sectors
  • Source apprenticeship learners and commercial learners through consultative sales activity
  • Conduct employer needs analysis and present tailored workforce development solutions
  • Create persuasive proposals and bids for funded and commercial training solutions
  • Represent the organisation at employer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with internal delivery and quality teams to support seamless onboarding and compliance
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and report weekly on pipeline and activity
  • Promote programmes across social channels and support marketing initiatives
Qualifications
  • Proven B2B consultative sales experience, ideally within FE, apprenticeships, or commercial training
  • Track record of winning new business and growing employer partnerships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bid/proposal writing experience
  • Proactive, self-managed, confident, and relationship-focused
  • Competent with Microsoft 365 and online meeting platforms
  • CRM experience (HubSpot desirable)
