A leading automotive retailer in Crosshills is seeking a Sales Executive to enhance the car-buying experience for customers. As part of the team, you will enjoy a guaranteed day off during the week and be trained extensively. The role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility for weekend work, and a full UK driving licence. Earnings potential includes a basic salary of £22,000 with commission opportunities exceeding £45,000.
In addition to delivering you great earnings potential we will also deliver you true work-life balance. You will work a 40‑hour work week (five 8‑hour shifts per week), be available most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), and have a guaranteed day off during the week. We close on Sundays so you can sit back and relax every week without fail. As part of our team, you’ll represent a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, offering customers a premium experience every step of the way. You’ll receive full training and a thorough onboarding program to help you succeed and maximize your earning potential. As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car‑buying experience, from the first point of contact to the final handshake, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end customer journey.
