The company

The role

We are looking for a Sales exec to join our team. Using your consultative and engaging communication style, you will play a crucial role in driving both new and membership upgrade sales to schools, enabling stronger support for member schools and continued growth of The Key memberships.

You will support member schools by understanding their pain points and demonstrating services which address these; enabling senior School Leaders to make the best membership choice for their school and circumstances.

Key responsibilities

  • Secure membership upgrades by proactively contacting members in advance of their renewal or following up on inbound enquiries and campaigns and working with decision makers to enable them to gain an understanding of the benefits that all services within The Key Memberships can offer them
  • Secure new school sales by following up on inbound enquiries, campaigns and member requested free trials
  • Grow membership participation by proactively contacting and engaging schools to show how a Key membership can transform their support
The ideal person

You will have:

  • 1 year sales or telephone support experience
  • Good communication skills;
  • Confident to call and speak with senior stakeholders within schools
  • A genuine passion for making a difference to the lives of our members
  • Organised and diligent. Good administration skills

It would be nice if you have:

  • Experience of working in a membership organisation
  • Experience of working within a sales environment
  • Knowledge of the education sector
  • Experience of working with Salesforce CRM and /or customer support systems
