self-portrait is looking to hire two Sales Executives to work across key territories.
A successful candidate will have proven experience in either a wholesale, buying, merchandising head office role, with excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Atleast 1 years' experience in a similar role
- Confident in holding sales appointments
- Experience working with accounts in Asia or the Middle East is preferred but not essential
- Ability to plan, multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent Excel skills and previousexperience of internal computer systems - ideally Zedonk & Joor
- Understanding of sell through analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with stock - ideally within a fashion brand but not essential
- Excellent problem-solving attitude couple with tenacious drive to achieve results
- Positive attitude with a 'can do' work ethic
- Comfortable with international travel
- Passionate about product
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Sales Manager with day to day running of assigned territory
- Service accounts with an exceptional level of customer service
- Hold market appointments in seasonal showrooms
- Target new business
- Order entry
- Send OC and invoices
- Update and add new account information to Joor and Zedonk
- Complete weekly and monthly sell-through trackers
- Collect and input PO numbers ahead of the delivery window and help to provide EAN codes for relevant accounts
- Support logistics and finance to ensure that all orders are sent out with no delays
- Send ATS and manage reorders and swaps
- Participate in weekly team meetings
