We are seeking two Sales Executives to join this dynamic team in our clients niche construction sector. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, relationship-driven, and adaptable, focusing on relationship building and account management to ensure repeat business. No cold calling is required as all leads are provided.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the full remit of safe access and protection product sales.
  • Handle leads distributed based on workload and technical complexity.
  • For new hires, start with dormant accounts to rebuild relationships and create a pipeline.
  • The role is fully onsite due to the necessity of managing phoneline and incoming calls.
  • Progress to managing your own desk, booking appointments, and nationwide travel to meet customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong sales experience is preferred, particularly in the construction sector.
  • Open to candidates from construction backgrounds without sales experience if they have the right attitude.
  • Strong customer service skills are highly valued.
