Job Description

We are looking for a commercially driven, intuitive individual to join our high‑performing team. The Sales Executive (Flight Training Advisor) serves as a critical liaison between prospective trainees and the Academy. This role is responsible for guiding aspiring pilots through the admissions process, providing programme information, evaluating student needs, and supporting enrolment. The Flight Training Advisor ensures students are well‑informed and prepared to succeed at Skyborne Airline Academy. The Flight Training Advisor will be managing inbound sales enquiries; email, telephone, face‑to‑face and those generated through social media platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective trainees (B2C sales).
  • Conduct informational sessions and one‑on‑one consultations to explain training programs, costs, financing options, and career outcomes.
  • Guide students through the application and enrolment process.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing channels, open days, and partner organisations.
  • Support at events across the UK & Europe where required.
  • Utilise CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage and track prospective student interactions, follow‑ups, and conversion activities efficiently.
  • Deliver enrolments against agreed KPI targets.
  • Ensure first stage payments are received, requiring close liaison with finance personnel.
  • Zero cold calling.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience (required).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and drive improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, goal‑oriented team.
  • Great communication, interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to problem‑solve and adapt in a dynamic and evolving training or educational setting.
  • Hold a UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
Additional Information

Competitive Salary (Basic + Commission)

  • Full Time - 40 hours, Monday - Friday.
  • Commission is based on achieving company target
