Overview

Red Recruitment is looking to recruit hard-working and highly motivated, target-driven individuals with previous telesales experience to join our client in Cheltenham. Our client is the UK's market-leading health insurance, life insurance and income protection comparison service. Full training and continuous coaching and development is provided, the basic salary is £35,000 per annum, and there is an opportunity to earn up to £100,000. This is a full-time, office based role, located in Central Cheltenham. Hybrid working can be discussed following a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound and taking inbound sales calls
  • Handling sales enquiries for a range of insurance products
  • Meeting and exceeding individual targets
  • Providing an advisory service to clients, so recommendations on the insurance providers and their policies can be made
  • Undertaking a fact-finding process to find out the wants and needs of the client as well as their affordable monthly budget
  • Overcoming objections by highlighting the features and benefits of the wide range of products
  • Ensuring every client receives excellent service, in order to convert leads into sales
Key Skills and Experience
  • You should have previous sales experience within a high-volume telesales role
  • Able to convert warm leads and be target-driven
  • Previous experience selling private medical insurance is desirable
  • You should be willing to learn and pick up product knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills are required
