Overview

Our client is a well-established, family-run business and a market leader in the sale of premium hot tubs and swim spas. With multiple showrooms across the South of England, they are passionate about delivering first-class service and top-quality products. They are now seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Multi-Site Sales Executive to join their expanding team, covering Hampshire and Dorset.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales process – from enquiry through to post-sale support.
  • Follow up on sales leads and maximise every opportunity.
  • Deliver excellent in-store customer service and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct home access visits prior to installation.
  • Manage the sales journey to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
  • Primarily work across the Hampshire and Dorset showrooms (Bournemouth & Southampton), with occasional travel to other South Coast sites (travel expenses paid if another site).
Qualifications
  • Proven experience working to and achieving sales targets.
  • Background selling high-value items (e.g. cars, conservatories, or luxury products) preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive approach to following up leads and securing sales.
  • Competent IT skills – Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (clean licence preferred).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and travel between sites.
  • Ideally live in Bournemouth or Southampton & can travel between the 2 sites.
  • Employment subject to basic DBS and credit check.
Package
  • Basic salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience).
  • Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £40,000+.
