Sales Executive - New Homes Development | Bishop's Stortford

Location : Bishop's Stortford

Role : Sales Executive (site-based)

Basic Salary : up to £32,000

OTE : c. £55,000+ (uncapped)

Hours : 10am-5pm

Overview

Excellent opportunity to join a leading national housebuilder at their Bishop's Stortford development. This is a full-time, site-based role focused on delivering a first-class customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full customer journey from first enquiry through to completion.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional presentation standards.
  • Conduct home demonstrations and handovers.
  • Handle all paperwork, CRM updates, and reporting efficiently.
  • Work closely with recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to support buyers.
  • Keep up to date with competitor activity and local market trends.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience selling new homes or property (estate agency background considered).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence and own car essential.
