Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Win new business from local advertisers and maintain/develop existing client relationships.
• Contribute to company goals by promoting the full range of products and cross‑selling where appropriate.
• Make a consistent number of high‑quality sales calls each day.
• Secure and attend the required number of face‑to‑face client meetings.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with Marketing Managers and business owners.
• Actively engage in sales meetings and participate in team initiatives.
• Maintain strong internal working relationships with other departments.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in line with company policies.

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements

• High energy and enthusiasm with a strong, “sales hungry” mindset and positive outlook.
• Interest in media, marketing, and communications, with the ability to sell concepts and solutions.
• Confident communicator both on the telephone and in face‑to‑face meetings.
• Self‑starter who is highly motivated, professional, and engaging.
• Personable and skilled at building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Naturally organised with strong prioritisation skills and a proactive, strategic approach.
• Possesses a “hunter‑farmer” mentality – capable of winning new business and managing existing accounts.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
