Job summary

Tapi Carpets & Floors is looking for a customer-focused field sales advisor who spends most of the day on the road visiting customers' homes. You’ll plan, measure and estimate floors using Masterpiece software, helping ensure our fitting teams can start work smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations.

• Prepare a detailed and accurate flooring plan with the ability to provide an onsite quote using Masterpiece software.
• Carry out inspections of where we have identified a faulty floor and producing reports.
• Check for uneven floor levels and potential issues e.g. dampness or trailing cables.
• Processing customer orders thoroughly and accurately where applicable.
• Comply with all Health and Safety and security requirements set out by the Company.

The Role

This is a truly unique role where you will spend most of the day on the road, in your own vehicle and have the luxury of bringing a bit of Tapi-ness into a customer’s home. Using your knowledge of our excellent “Masterpiece” software (making all the technical bits a breeze), you’ll plan, estimate and measure customers floors to ensure that everything is ready for our fitting teams to hit the ground running and do their work.

Your Responsibilities

You’re up for a challenge and thrive on a busy schedule. You are always on the lookout for ways to improve things for customers, colleagues, and you have a bias towards action. You will also have a savviness to plan efficient routes through towns and cities to maximise your time and the amount of customers you see.
