We’re looking for a Senior Pre‑Sales / Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and client needs. You’ll work closely with the product, engineering, and sales team to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions, and communicate technical value in a clear, compelling way.

🔥 Key Responsibilities
  • Guide clients in understanding and leveraging Otera’s technology to streamline operations.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to design solutions tailored to client needs, demonstrating Otera’s impact on complex business processes.
  • Deliver impactful demos and technical presentations to highlight platform value for technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Support the sales team with technical guidance, addressing complex questions and differentiating our solutions.
  • Lead PoCs, providing hands‑on experience and showcasing adaptability and self‑learning.
  • Collect client insights to inform product improvements, reinforcing Otera’s leadership.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients and C‑level stakeholders, positioning Otera as a long‑term strategic automation partner.
😊 About You
  • Experience: 5+ years in pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting roles within AI/ML‑focused environments.
  • Industry Expertise: Familiarity with enterprise processes in insurance, banking, and financial services sectors.
  • AI & Automation Knowledge: Desirable familiarity with Agentic technologies and workflow automation solutions (n8n, boomi, workato, etc.)
  • Effective Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, outcome‑oriented business language.
  • Technical Aptitude: Hands‑on proficiency with APIs, JavaScript, Python scripting, and proof‑of‑concept management.
  • Executive Engagement: Proven experience engaging with C‑level stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Autonomy: Self‑driven and independent, able to manage priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Project Management: Experience managing client engagements from discovery to closing, ensuring timely, high‑quality outcomes.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Strong business acumen and analytical mindset to identify and address key process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Agility: Startup‑ready mindset, comfortable iterating quickly, collaborating across teams, and operating in ambiguity.
