A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales in material handling and packaging systems in the North East. The successful candidate will have strong experience in custom automation and conveyor systems, with the ability to visit customers and develop relationships across the region. A full driving license is necessary for this position, which offers a competitive salary and commission structure.
A manufacturer and integrator of packaging, processing and material handling systems seeks a Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager who has strong experience in custom automation, line integration, packaging machinery and conveyors. Knowledge of material handling and industrial automation solutions is required.
You need to be able to speak with customers on a deeper level, understanding their requirements and solution needs. A Mechanical or Electrical background and strong technical knowledge is an advantage.
The role will be based out of a facility in New Jersey, full‑time or hybrid. Must be open to working along the coastal side of the region, covering Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut, up to Boston – typically the industrial route from Philadelphia to Boston. Commutable to the manufacturing facility in Cinnaminson, New Jersey.
€80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Selling solutions of conveyor system integration and material handling solutions, as well as packaging, labeling and processing applications, turnkey product handling systems custom designed to your specific requirements, and custom robotic automation systems for a wide variety of industrial applications.
This role is looking for a headhunter who is not afraid of knocking on doors and is a keen Business Development Manager.
Ability to manage accounts and continuously upsell.
Able to follow, plan and execute sales strategies for the region.
Customer visits – on the road travelling within a 5‑hour radius from the site in New Jersey.
Based in the North East to cover: Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine – typically the industrial route from Philadelphia to Boston.
Knowledge of conveyor systems, material handling equipment, packaging systems, robotic automation.
You need to have strong experience in custom automation, line integration, packaging machinery and conveyors.
Experience as a Sales Engineer, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales, Territory Sales role, selling engineered solutions.
Must be based in the North East to cover: Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine – typically the industrial route from Philadelphia to Boston.
Commutable to the manufacturing facility in Cinnaminson, New Jersey.
Full driving licence.
