Verto People Ltd. is recruiting an Internal Sales Executive / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Support Engineer to join a leading engineering supplier in the UK.

The role focuses on handling inquiries, generating quotations, and offering technical support to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have sales experience in pumps and fluid handling systems, with knowledge of centrifugal, gear, rotary vane, and positive displacement pumps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales within the pump, fluid control, or industrial engineering sector.
• Strong background in centrifugal, gear, rotary vane, and positive displacement pumps.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries, providing solutions and support for customers in the industrial pump and fluid control sectors.
• Provide detailed quotations for a variety of industrial pumps, including centrifugal, gear, rotary vane, and positive displacement pumps, as well as fluid handling systems and process control solutions.
• Work with customers to recommend the most suitable products for their needs, ensuring all product specifications are met.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Occasional travel to customer sites as and when required to manage key accounts and develop new business.

• Ability to generate quotations and manage orders and customer accounts efficiently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM Systems.
• Must be based within a reasonable commuting distance to the Oldham area.
