Job summary

TeamViewer, a leader in Digital Workplace solutions, seeks a technical pre‑sales professional to act as a subject matter expert on IT/DEX portfolios. You will design, demonstrate, and position solutions, while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering to drive customer value.

Responsibilities include discovery sessions, solution design, and leading POV/POC engagements, with travel up to 30%. Strong communication, documentation, and executive engagement are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, including endpoint management, remote connectivity, and DEX platforms.
  • Experience with SaaS applications such as RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, and Observability tools.
  • Hands‑on experience with APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud computing, and security protocols.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – you excel at building trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels, from IT professionals to C-level executives.
  • Strong technical acumen – you have deep knowledge of enterprise systems management, modern device management, and end‑user computing.
  • Collaborative mindset with independent drive – you thrive both as a self‑starter and as a team player.
  • Professional presence and attention to detail – you bring a polished, reliable approach to every customer interaction.

  • Analyze results and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with sales teams throughout the sales cycle, providing technical expertise and support.
  • Respond to RFx documents with accurate and compelling technical responses.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product roadmap and innovation.

  • Technical Expertise & Demonstrations

Requirements
