The Role

YouLend is excited to introduce new role of Sales Enablement Trainer for our London based Sales team. We are looking for someone who can drive excellence across our various Sales departments and functions. This is a strategic, individual contributor, role focused on empowering our UK Sales team through industry leading onboarding, innovative training programmes, and data-driven performance enablement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sales capability within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored coaching programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team
  • Manage the Sales Academy, fostering a culture of continuous development
  • Identify skill gaps using performance data, including conversion metrics, and implement targeted enablement strategies
  • Own and utilise our AI call analytics software, helping the Sales leadership team to achieve maximum impact from its findings
  • Own and improve our Sales onboarding process to help accelerate our new starter ramp
  • Creating impactful learning content including workshops, e-learning, playbooks, and toolkits
  • Advise on best practices in sales enablement and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Measure and report on programme effectiveness to drive ongoing improvement
The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or L&D within a dynamic, fast-paced - and ideally, short Sales cycle - environment
  • Experience working with daily KPI / call activity based Sales team
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to translate strategic business needs into effective learning solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and enablement software (Aircall & Gong) is a plus
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for developing others

Salary: £50,000 + £10,000 OTE Bonus
