What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Enablement Coach to elevate the performance of our sales teams. This role is all about driving excellence in customer conversations — helping our reps connect, communicate, and convert more effectively.

The Role

As Sales Enablement Coach, you’ll be the heartbeat of our coaching culture. You’ll listen to calls, deliver actionable feedback, and run impactful training sessions that sharpen skills and boost results. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers, Enablement, and Training to ensure every rep is equipped to succeed.

Key responsibilities
  • Coach for performance: Deliver high-impact call coaching across our sales teams in line with coaching frameworks, helping reps improve objection handling, messaging, tone, and conversion.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement: Create feedback loops, run workshops, and embed best practices that drive consistent growth in call quality and outcomes across the UK and US Sales Teams.
  • Partner across the business: Work closely with Sales, Sales Managers, Enablement, and Training to align coaching with strategy, and performance goals.
