Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the club, opening and closing when on shift.
• Prioritize member satisfaction and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, supporting and guiding colleagues.
• Conduct tours for prospective members highlighting unique benefits.
• Oversee health and safety protocols and swiftly address issues.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Able to swim to a high standard and cover Lifeguard breaks.
