About the Role
  • Lead and motivate internal, external, and cinema specialist sales teams.
  • Own and deliver the sales GTM strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive customer engagement and vendor relationships to fuel commercial growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives across customer, vendor, and event levels.
  • Ensure ROI on our cinema showrooms at Stansted and Bracknell.
  • Foster a culture of energy, collaboration, and progression.
What you will be doing in this role
  • Leadership: Coach and mentor the team, set a clear vision, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Forecasting & Strategy: Own the forecast, analyse gaps, and make data‑driven decisions using tools like Pipedrive and Phocas.
  • Sales Growth: Design and execute innovative campaigns to maximise profits and expand trading accounts.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day‑to‑day operations, planning, and resource allocation.
  • Customer Experience: Act as the voice of the customer to improve processes and satisfaction.
What you will bring to the role
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
  • Strategic leadership experience at a senior level.
  • Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and customer‑focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Experience in the AV industry is highly desirable.
