You’ll be leading and developing a dynamic team, expanding the client footprint geographically through vision, motivation and results-focused leadership!

Sales Director | Printed Folded Cartons | East Anglia & Southeast UK | Up to £100k plus bonus & car

The company is a long-established manufacturer recognised for producing premium, tailored print and packaging solutions. Serving a diverse client base that includes major international brands as well as emerging independent businesses, it is known for combining creativity, precision and consistency. With comprehensive in-house capabilities covering design, reprographics and production, the business delivers seamless, end-to-end solutions built on quality and reliability!

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a robust sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives, expanding the geographical focus of the company
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target sectors and emerging markets including Food Beverage Cosmetics and Nutrition
  • Leading and motivating the sales and customer service teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, managing personally the company’s 2 largest accounts
  • Overseeing and managing tenders, proposals and contract negotiations with a focus on value-based selling and customer excellence across the sales function
