Key Responsibilities
- Target Achievement: Manage the full sales cycle and operations to meet and exceed established quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Strategic Development: Formulate, develop, and execute innovative sales strategies and tactics to capture market share and optimise revenue streams.
- Performance Leadership: Monitor, analyse, and report on sales team performance, providing timely, accurate, and insightful reports to senior stakeholders.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Business Expansion: Proactively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities, devising effective strategies to broaden the customer base and market reach.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner closely with the internal marketing function to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and materials.
- Market Intelligence: Stay fully abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and market changes to ensure competitive strategic positioning.
Candidate Requirements
- Essential Industry Knowledge: Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the Large Format Print industry is mandatory.
