Broadridge Fund Communication Solutions (FCS) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our growing team in London or Luxembourg. FCS delivers operational efficiencies to the global asset management sector through a digital platform that supports data, documents, and regulatory reporting across the fund lifecycle.

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving new business across Broadridge’s Fund Communication Solutions (FCS) platform, with a strong focus on building relationships with asset managers, asset servicing firms and ManCos in Luxembourg. The role requires deep expertise in European regulatory reporting and the ability to position Broadridge’s regulatory reporting solutions effectively, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.

This is a high-impact role that involves frequent travel across EMEA, senior stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with asset managers, asset servicing firms, and ManCos.
  • Identify and qualify prospects across the European region through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Promote Broadridge’s Regulatory Reporting Suite and Digital Solutions, with a focus on European regulatory requirements.
  • Support the preparation of commercial proposals and responses to RFPs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and go-live.
  • Represent Broadridge at industry conferences, client meetings, and marketing events.
  • Build strategic relationships within the funds industry to drive platform adoption.
Skills / Competencies
  • 5+ years of sales experience in asset servicing, fintech, or software/services for the buy-side.
  • Proven success in long-cycle solution sales and complex contract negotiations.
  • Strong experience in European regulatory reporting and related solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in European languages (French and/or German highly desirable).
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizations.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across EMEA.
  • Strong network in Luxembourg.
