Our client is a global ad‑tech company, founded in 2012, that specialises in AI‑driven contextual intelligence for digital video advertising. The company enables brands and advertisers to reach audiences based on what content people are watching/engaging with, rather than relying solely on user‑demographics or cookies.

The company is seeking a highly motivated Agency Sales Director to join the business to rep an agency Hold Co patch to support in driving revenues and expanding the business.

The Job
  • Prospecting and account management: Identifying and reaching out to existing and potential customers. Clients being major media planning and buying agencies.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages.
  • Sales Presentations: Preparing and delivering presentations or demonstrations to potential customers to showcase how the product or service meets their needs. This might involve in‑person meetings, virtual presentations, or product demonstrations.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales quotas set by the company. This is a primary measure of success for most sales roles.
You
  • Experience working within digital, programmatic or Adtech sales.
  • Proven track record in dealing with any of the big six media agencies or independent agencies.
  • Genuine passion for sales and someone who wants to be involved in a successful scale‑up business.
  • A personable, tenacious individual who wants to go on a journey with an exciting company.
