A global software support company is seeking a Sales Director in the UK to lead and expand their sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of direct sales experience, preferably in ERP services. Spinnaker Support has an immediate opening for a Sales Director to join our team in the UK. The role of the Sales Director will lead the development of net new business while expanding current account base in their assigned region. The Sales Director will manage a team of talented sales professionals, guiding them to achieve and exceed sales targets while leading the growth strategy for the company within their market – accounting for channel, direct, and indirect sales. They will need to be a seasoned professional that is a self‑starter, driven by results, and has the experience to operate as a brand leader with presence. Experience and knowledge of local markets, channel relationships, and track record of developing services business in the region is advantageous. This role reports to the Vice President of Sales.
