Job summary

A leading events and business conference company in London is seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue generation and lead the European sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event industry sales and strong relationship-building skills. This role offers a competitive base salary between £70,000 and £80,000, plus bonuses and commissions, with a flexible working model of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, with fluency in any other language as an advantage.
  • Proven track record of event industry sales.
  • Ability to build high-level relationships and manage a sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for yourself and the sales team.
  • Manage your own full sales cycle and oversee key account management.
  • Define sales strategy and ensure revenue targets are consistently achieved.
