A global aviation company is seeking a Sales Director for Program Sales. You will be responsible for selling aviation memberships and managing sales processes. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of high-value sales experience and fluency in Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, or Slovakian. VistaJet is the first and only global aviation company. Our Program offers all the benefits of a personal jet without having to bear any of the responsibility that comes with actually owning an aircraft. Flight solutions are designed for corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs who need to fly regularly with guaranteed availability at a fixed price per hour.

Our Sales Directors of Program Sales are responsible for selling VistaJet Program membership within the designated territories.

You will manage the complete sales process for your pipeline – from lead generation through to close. We will partner you with a Program Sales Executive, who will assist you with their own prospecting activity.

Your Responsibilities
  • Selling the VistaJet Program membership in your designated territory;
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects for our Program Memberships;
  • Managing the complete sales process for your pipeline – from lead generation and first meeting, through offer and negotiation to close;
  • Where a Program or Silver Membership is not suited to a prospect, provide Program Executives with an introduction to the prospect, with a view to winning their Direct flight business;
  • Managing current customer accounts and maintain customer relationships with a view to maximize revenue, by selling additional hours to current customers, renewing contracts before they expire and encouraging referrals to new prospects, in conjunction with the Customer Experience team;
  • Log all sales activity in Salesforce and ensure Salesforce records are kept up to date and accurate.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
  • Fluency in one of the following is essential, both written and verbal : Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Slovakian
  • At least four years of proven experience selling high value services, including building your own pipeline. Private aviation experience desirable;
  • Experience in dealing with High Net Worth individuals or C-level prospects is preferable;
  • Comfortable working with people at all levels and willing to be hands-on throughout every aspect of the sales and account management process;
  • You possess an entrepreneurial attitude and you’re ambitious and self-motivated;
  • Outstanding service and customer-oriented behavior;
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
