Our client based in Wrexham area is currently recruiting a Sales Director to join their team on a permanent basis. As Sales Director, you will have full responsibility for shaping and delivering the company's strategic vision while ensuring efficiency across all functions. You will lead a talented team and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Performance Objectives
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute medium- and long-term strategies to drive profitability and enhance business value.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of operations including supply chain, ecommerce, sales, marketing, customer service, product development, finance, and HR.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop the management team to achieve excellence at all levels.
  • Financial Management: Optimise financial performance, ensuring strong governance and cost control.
  • Business Development: Drive revenue growth through an omni-channel approach across the UK and European markets.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure legal, regulatory, and HR compliance while championing company values and employee engagement.
