This is a high-impact leadership role where you ll shape the sales strategy, bring new developments to market, and ensure customers enjoy an exceptional experience from first enquiry to the day they move into their new home.

What You ll Be Doing
  • Lead the full Sales & Marketing function across multiple developments.
  • Oversee land appraisal, market research, pricing strategies and site launches.
  • Drive strong sales performance while maximising revenue and minimising incentives.
  • Own and protect the company brand, ensuring all marketing activity is high quality and effective.
  • Shape long-term business strategy as part of the leadership team.
  • Guide your team to deliver an exceptional, customer-focused experience at every stage.
  • Analyse customer satisfaction data and implement improvements across the function.
