What You’ll Do :
  • Develop & deliver sales strategy – create and implement sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Set ambitious targets – lead from the front by setting, tracking and reaching sales and profit goals.
  • Lead & inspire – manage and motivate high‑performing sales and estimating teams, driving accountability and success.
  • Forecast & analyse – monitor performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Build relationships that last – engage with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Close key deals – support strategic negotiations and ensure long‑term commercial growth.
