The Role

As Sales Director, you will take ownership of the 12V/24V business channels, shaping and executing the sales strategy to accelerate growth and market share across both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a dynamic growth strategy for UK and global markets
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within 12V & 24V lighting sectors
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional sales professionals
  • Build a collaborative, high‑performance sales culture focused on results
  • Build and strengthen long‑term partnerships with OEMs, including trailer manufacturers, van converters, and specialist vehicle producers
  • Negotiate commercial terms and long‑term agreements to drive profitability and sustainability
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to shape future strategy
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to align customer needs with business capabilities
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events across the UK and Europe
Experience Required
  • Proven track record in senior sales leadership within commercial vehicle, automotive lighting, or aftermarket sectors
  • Strong knowledge and network within UK and European OEMs
  • Experience managing and developing a multi‑market sales team
  • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communicator and relationship‑builder—confident with both customers and internal teams
  • Driven, results‑focused, and solutions‑oriented, with a proactive “can‑do” mindset
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Europe
