A highly respected Fire safety systems business is looking to appoint a Sales Director, to lead their growing team.

You will be:

• A visionary leader, with proven skills in galvanising a new business based national team
• Able to write and execute strategies for account managers, bid managers, estimators, and overall commercial team members to ensure YOY growth and capitalisation on work done by BDMs sourcing new clients
• Experienced in all aspects of Fire Safety in either installation or maintenance services
• Experienced working in an FM setting with clear evidence of contract wins, growth of market share and results against the competition.
• Cabable of driving multi million pound sales teams to relentless levels of success as the company continues to grow and acquire other fire systems businesses.
