The business runs high-impact events and customer acquisition campaigns with industry-best conversion performance and is recognised for delivering measurable sales outcomes for clients. They’re now scaling their commercial function and seeking a senior sales leader to drive the next phase of growth.
You will join as Sales Director, reporting into their SLT, with full ownership for the UK sales strategy. You’ll lead a compact team of 5 sales professionals, selling into dealer groups and multi-site operators. This is a hands‑on commercial leadership role: you’ll coach, motivate and performance manage the team while also hunting and closing strategic new business.
