Job description

OAS is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to join its senior leadership team and drive profitable growth across the UK's Amenity markets and internationally. Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will shape and execute a high-performance sales strategy, empowering regional teams to achieve ambitious targets while upholding OAS's reputation for technical excellence and customer trust. This is a pivotal role leading sales across the UK and internationally, delivering revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning, operational excellence, and inspirational leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire high‑performing sales teams, embedding a culture of accountability, coaching, and success.
  • Develop and execute a central sales strategy aligned with OAS growth objectives.
  • Drive disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and margin optimisation using BI tools.
  • Build strong customer relationships across group accounts, from sport to utility suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Customer Experience, and technical teams to deliver seamless customer service.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
  • Represent OAS at industry forums, trade bodies, and national events, strengthening our market leadership.
