You are responsible for building, developing, and leading a pod of SDRs to overachieve.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing SDR team with energy, presence, and urgency.
  • Coach SDRs daily on talk tracks, objection handling, prospecting craft, and execution.
  • Build a culture of accountability, competition, and pride in excellence.
  • Own outbound pipeline generation and consistently beat targets.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Leadership to evolve strategy and refine process.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop exceptional talent.

Salary: Up to £50k + £20k bonus, dependent on experience
