The Role

This is a full-time, remote position ideal for a confident, self-starter who excels at outreach, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a strong sales pipeline. While the role is remote, you will need to travel within the UK for internal team meetings and client site visits as required. Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage high-potential clients through strategic outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to generate qualified leads.
  • Accurately qualify leads and schedule high-value meetings and product demonstrations, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Hire With Lumi’s SaaS platform to prospective clients.
  • Use CRM and sales enablement tools to track outreach, manage leads, and provide clear, actionable reports on activities and outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and booked meetings or demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, optimise lead generation strategies, and align on campaign objectives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and developments in Hire With Lumi’s product suite to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Travel as needed within the UK for internal meetings and client site visits to strengthen relationships and support sales activities.
About You
  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales development, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of working remotely.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior decision-makers during outreach and demonstrations.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to independently manage a high-volume pipeline and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by achieving ambitious targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Technologically savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms, tools, and CRM systems.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or HR technology is advantageous but not essential. What matters most is your determination to succeed and your ability to deliver results.
