We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive that growth; turning interest into opportunity, building relationships, and helping more businesses discover the value of Brego’s platform.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate new prospects – research target companies, build contact lists, and identify key decision‑makers.
  • Qualify inbound enquiries – assess leads, research client potential, and prioritise opportunities for the sales team.
  • Customer Success – manage relationships of new and existing customers.
  • Support sales operations – draft proposals and order forms, follow up with prospects, and help drive opportunities through the funnel.
  • Assist with events – help plan, prepare, and follow up on trade shows and industry events to generate leads.
  • Manage CRM – keep our Attio CRM up to date with accurate notes, pipeline stages, and activity logs.
  • Support account management – assist with renewals, upsells, and client reviews, helping maintain strong relationships.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales support, business development, or customer success.
  • A clear and confident communicator with great listening skills.
  • Organised, reliable, and detail‑oriented, comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and sales data.
  • A strong interest in technology, data, or SaaS products.
  • Curious and coachable – eager to learn the Brego way and grow into a full sales role.
  • Ethical and professional in handling customer data.
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally Attio) and tools like Google Workspace, Slack, LinkedIn, and e‑sign software.
What Success Looks Like
  • Consistent delivery of high‑quality leads.
  • Well‑managed CRM data and pipeline visibility.
  • Effective support for proposals, renewals, and event follow‑ups.
  • Clear communication and collaboration across sales, marketing, and product teams.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years’ experience in sales support or business development.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
  • Comfortable with CRMs (ideally Attio) and digital tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills.
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to learn and grow.
  • Based in the UK with the right to work here.
  • Experience in the Automotive industry would be great.
  • Experience in a software company is also a bonus.
Benefits
  • Fully remote with flexible working hours. Work where you’re most productive.
  • Collaborative culture that values autonomy, integrity, and innovation.
  • Learning and progression — structured sales training and the opportunity to move into full‑cycle sales roles.
  • Motorsport track days for driving enthusiasts, and more relaxed social events for everyone else.
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and market standards with commission.
  • Choice of Apple MacBook or high‑spec Windows laptop.
