We're looking for a motivated phone‑based Cold Caller / Business Development Executive to work directly for and on behalf of Mirable Solutions connecting with decision‑makers opening doors and driving growth for our expanding client base.

You’ll play a key role in building on our positive reputation in the market for great hiring bespoke training and sales consultancy helping us extend our reach and impact across industries.

This is commission‑only to start in order to test your capability with real earning potential and a clear path to long‑term growth.

Whats In It For You

50% commission on all closed deals uncapped earnings.

Option for a base salary from Month 3 (after achieving a 2‑deal target in test period)

Work directly alongside 2 company directors / Founders two days per month for strategy coaching and development

Hybrid flexibility work remotely while staying closely connected with the leadership team
