The SDR Manager is a leadership role responsible for building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing Sales Development function at Hiya. In this position, you’ll own pipeline generation strategy, lead and mentor a team of SDRs, and partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Enablement to deliver predictable pipeline and consistent prospecting excellence. You will play a key role in shaping outbound strategy, refining processes, and elevating team performance.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to consistently meet and exceed qualified pipeline targets
Partner with Sales leadership to forecast pipeline, track KPIs, and refine territory planning
Collaborate with Marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, cadences, lead quality, and follow-up strategy
Establish scalable processes, playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and performance standards
Hire, train, and develop top SDR talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture
Proven ability to coach and elevate SDR performance with clear frameworks and repeatable methodology
Data driven, strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM and sales engagement tools to guide decisions
Exceptional communication and motivational skills; able to inspire teams
A proactive, process-oriented operator with the ability to build structure in a scaling environment
Collaborative partner who works effectively with cross-functional leaders
High integrity, resilience, and a growth mindset
